HDI Analyst of the Year

HDI Vertical Industry Forums

The purpose of the HDI West Michigan Chapter meetings is to network with like-minded IT professionals, to listen to timely presentations on hot IT topics especially related to the IT support industry, and to gain the benefits of participating in an International IT Professional organization. The West Michigan Chapter is actively engaged with the International HDI organization and keeps Chapter members aware of HDI training events, conventions, webcasts, and other professional benefits.

Our meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We meet from 1:30PM to 3:30PM. The meetings proceed as follows:

1:30PM to 1:45PM: Networking
1:45PM to 2:00PM: Host site presentation
2:00PM to 3:00PM: Speaker Presentation
3:00PM to 3:10PM: Roundtable and Chapter business
3:10PM to 3:30PM: Host site tour

HDI Analyst of the Year

HDI, the world's largest membership association for IT service and support professionals and the premier certification body for the industry along with sponsor Robert Half-Technology, announce the winner of the West Michigan Chapter's Help Desk Analyst of the Year:  Jordan Richardson from Haworth.  Along with Ms. Richardson were 3 finalists were Nick Bessinger - BDO Seidman, Howard Bultman - Universal Forest Products, and Dave Russell - Gordon Food Service.  Ms. Richardson recently represented West Michigan in the Midwest Regional Help Desk Analyst of Year competition.
